Return conditions
You can return the purchased products from the website www.esashop.ro, without penalties and without specifying a reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving them.
Reimbursement of the value of an order is made when the following conditions have been met
fully:
· The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
· The condition of the product must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.
The identification label must still be attached to the products, they must be unused and with all original documents.
According to current legislation, you are not obliged to return the product in its original packaging.
We remind you to try the product without removing the label, because ESAISLOVE S.R.L. does not accept the return of the products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
In order to return a product, you must notify us in advance by e-mail or telephone.
Orders made in our workshop, for custom sizes, cannot be returned.
The product must reach our headquarters (Calea Griviței 105, București) within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order.
If you return several products from the same order, they must be sent in a single package: www.esashop.ro cannot accept multiple packages for a single registered order. Delivery will be made through the desired method of transport (private courier, personal transport, etc.), and all transport fees will be borne by you.
ESAISLOVE S.R.L. does not undertake to pay for any parcel sent to his address.
If one of these conditions is not met, www.esashop.ro will not accept the return, and in case of return by courier, the package will be sent back and the transport fees will be borne by you.
After we have received the package from you and verified that all the conditions are met, you will receive an email confirming the refund. The repayment time may depend, where applicable, on the policies of the company where you have the credit or debit card, but will not exceed 14 days from the date of return. command.
CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS IN WITHDRAWAL
(according to GEO 34/2014, Art. 14)
1. Unless the professional has offered to recover the products himself, the consumer shall return the products or hand them over to the professional or to a person authorized by the professional to receive the products, without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which he communicated to the professional his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with art. 11. The time limit is met if the products are returned by the consumer before the expiry of the 14-day period.
(2) The consumer shall bear only the direct costs related to the return of the products, unless the professional agrees to bear those costs or the professional has not informed the consumer that these costs must be borne by the consumer. In the case of off-premises contracts, in which case the products were delivered to the consumer’s home at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the professional takes over the products at his expense if the products, by their nature, cannot be returned normally by post.
(3) The consumer is only responsible for the diminution of the value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The diminution of the value of the products must not be discouraging for the consumer in exercising his right of withdrawal. Regardless of the situation, the consumer is not responsible for the diminution of the value of the products in case the professional failed to inform him about the right of withdrawal in accordance with art.
6 para. (1) lit. h).
(4) The professional must be able to prove the diminution of the value of the products which results differently from what is necessary for the determination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
(5) When the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal after the transmission of the application in accordance with art. 7 para. (3) or with art. 8 para. (8), the consumer pays to the professional an amount proportional to what was provided until the moment when the consumer informed the professional about the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in relation to the total coverage of the contract. The proportional amount to be paid to the professional by the consumer is calculated on the basis of the total price agreed in the contract. If the total price is excessive, the proportional amount is calculated on the basis of the market value of
what was provided.
Conditions for changing products
You can change the products purchased from www.esashop.ro, without penalties and without specifying a reason, within ten (10) working days of receiving them.
A product can only be changed once.
Changing a product can be done when the following conditions have been met in
totality:
· The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
· The condition of the product must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.
· The identification label must still be attached to the products, they must be unused and with all original documents.
According to current legislation, you are not obliged to return the product in its original packaging.

If one of these conditions is not met, www.esashop.ro will not accept the change of the product and it will be sent back, and the transport fees will be borne by you.
After we have received the package from you and verified that all the conditions are met, you will receive an e-mail confirming the exchange.
If there is a price difference between the product originally purchased and the one you want to exchange it with, you will need to CONTACT us in advance to determine the payment method or refund method.
The time to change the product will not exceed 30 days from the date of return.
